The other day I read the 9,999,999th article (slight exaggeration) that defended an employer’s decision to run unpaid internship programs.
The author lamented that she has had to teach interns “how to use the telephone.” So what? A lack of familiarity with the telephone does not diminish that interns value…

Getting freedback from an interview is soooooo hard. So hard. I'm not saying it never happens. Cherish that feedback. Asking for it can help you get good feedback.
