Career Advice Pet Peeve

If you write online too, please don’t do these things

A pet peeve of mine is when a career advice guru writes an article or a post with standard, common, and ordinary advice but hyperbolically titles it something like “life changing” or “mind blowing.”

Also, if you give the standard “avoid spelling errors on your resume” advice, you better avoid spelling errors in your article, too.
