Getting freedback from an interview is soooooo hard. So hard. I'm not saying it never happens. Cherish that feedback. Asking for it can help you get good feedback. I think basically zero downside to asking for feedback (even though many won't provide it). Also... because feedback is so rare... consider practicing interviews with trusted friends, colleagues, career coaches, etc. Shucks, even just recording yourself responding to an imaginary question with your own webcam and then watching yourself back is a good way to go. You can give yourself your own feedback.
