Really good ideas here. I’m a fan of the framework. But, what’s to stop the “McKinney’s of the world" from taking these ideas too?

I’m all for frameworks that can help smaller firms compete. But, I’m not sure how this helps smaller firms compete when larger firms can also take these ideas?
